KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing & Midwifery, Public Health, Health Management or related health field.
7+ years relevant experience, including at least 3 years’ management experience.
At least 5 years’ experience in project management, implementation, budgeting and reporting.
Experience in MNCH, Nutrition, HIV/AIDS and health systems strengthening.
Experience in training, coaching, mentorship and supportive supervision.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication and reporting skills.
Good IT skills and excellent spoken/written English.
Ability to speak Malawian local languages.
Willingness to live in one of the project districts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical leadership and oversight of ACHIEVE project activities at district level, strengthen integrated MNCH/Nutrition/HIV services, supervise technical teams, support government health systems, monitor project targets, coordinate with stakeholders, and represent ACHIEVE in technical meetings.
