The Malawi National Council of Sports (MNCS) has allocated funds in its 2026–2027 budget and invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Sports Equipment and Apparel.
Eligibility
- Open to all eligible and qualified bidders as defined in the Bidding Document.
- Bidders must comply with the requirements specified in the bidding documents.

A complete set of bidding documents in English can be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU), MNCS Head Office, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK10,000.

Bid opening will take place in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures.
- Bidders should obtain and carefully review the full bidding document for all eligibility and submission requirements.
- Bidding documents may be inspected at the PDU from 08:00 to 12:00, Monday to Friday.
- Any tender not found in the tender box at the time of opening will be rejected.
- The procurement is conducted in accordance with Malawi's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2025 and applicable subsidiary regulations.
