BIDDER REQUIREMENTS
For all five procurement opportunities, bidders must:
- Demonstrate experience in providing similar goods or services.
- Be registered with the relevant authorities.
- Submit a bid accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration Form.
- Submit the bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant procurement reference number and subject.
BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Roads Authority Headquarters.
Availability: From Wednesday, 16 September 2026
Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on working days
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MWK20,000.00.
