ABOUT THE POSITION
Makoka Agricultural Research Station invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Research Attendant (Grade O).
The successful candidate will assist with research activities, including sowing research materials, monitoring their development and reporting observations to supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- Must be between 25 and 35 years of age.
- Must possess a valid National ID.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sow research materials in designated research areas.
- Nurture research materials to support their proper growth and development.
- Conduct routine monitoring and scoring of research materials.
- Report observed faults or problems to supervisors.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
